As an 8+ yr patient, I returned to see dr. Kahan and had a nice thorough exam. He is a very good and pleasant doctor. unfortunately, upon leaving, I had quite an experience with a office girl named Kelly at front desk. I have Aetna insurance and called them in the morning before going, to make sure all was covered. Aetna assured me all was covered for annual eye exam and no co payment. But if needed any extra they had given me a flex card with $300 to pay with.. kelly ran my Aetna card thru only to tell me I still owed... read more
