It had been years since I did either electrolysis or laser hair because of some not-so-fabulous experiences. Karen is professional and fun and makes, what can be uncomfortable and awkward moments, completely comfortable. If you have hair removal needs, you won't be disappointed with the cleanliness, the friendliness, the respect and the education behind Bay State Electrolysis and Laser. I wish I hadn't waited so long, and couldn't be happier with the results.

If you are debating whether or not to make an appointment...seriously just do it. I waited so long to get electrolysis because I was nervous and embarrassed, but now that I've connected with Donna I truly regret not starting YEARS ago. Donna is sweet, kind, warm, and professional. Her studio is the perfect mix of welcoming, relaxing, and very tidy, clean, and comfortable.
