I have used Bay State Disposal many times. They are reliable and they have great customer service. I would highly recommend using them.
Beware of this company if anything goes wrong. Their driver failed to check the clearance of his truck. I specifically asked what i should move to make sure he had room. He told me to move my garbage cans but the furniture i had sitting outside to be thrown into the dumpster wasn't in his way. It turns out that it was indeed in his way and my basement window was broken because of it.
