Been going to Bay Star for a few years now. First walking in, front desk addressed me by my name. The dental hygienist, Roxy, was very nice and informative. She was first person to ask about my teeth not growing in, which I knew about, but glad someone was curious about me and my health. She would let me know about my health of my teeth and she was very polite. She has been the nicest hygienist so far at this location. Hope she cleans my teeth at my next appointment! 🤙

I am usually feel nervous about going to the dentist, but Dr Zhang is very gentle and makes the experience much easier. The entire staff is kind, friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this office.
