I have been seeing Dr. Hoang the past couple of months for my Ortho k lense. Dr. Hoang is extremely knowledgeable, attentive and caring. He takes the time to thoroughly answer all my questions and ensures I have the necessary information. He even goes out of his way to drop off my lense just to save me the trouble of travelling downtown. Not to mention, Dr. Hoang has a superb sense of humour! I really appreciate and am grateful knowing I am in the best care!
I recently moved to the city and required immediate attention for my left eye. I cannot emphasize enough how grateful I am that I got an appointment last minute as well as a great doctor who did my checkup. The front desk ladies & Doctor Kate are amazing people who made my experience pleasant. I am usually paranoid visiting doctors, but this experience left such a positive impact. Thanks Dr. Kate for your attention to detail & for guiding me.
