Doctor Otto is great and was really informative. He went above and beyond. His staff even fixed an old pair of my glasses I love.

Absolutely awful! I was there for my 8:00 appointment, office staff was more concerned with gossiping than getting the office open. Made me wait 40 minutes before they even recognized my existence. After the exam they said they couldn't find my insurance. They didn't bother to call the insurance company, they said I wasn't covered. Charged me for this appointment and my follow-up. The front staff needs an overhaul. I’ve called several Times during business hours & 1.2 the calls no one will answer. Just called to check on contacts that I was to be called about last week only 2 be told twice they weren’t there & after asking my name for the 4th time in a 3 min convo she found them. And they’re not friendly.
