I had some fillings a few weeks ago. The fillings fell apart into small pieces right after. So I booked another appointment on July 17th to fix it. A doctor and her assistant said they can fix them for me. As you know, after filling, they normally use a tool to polish the surface. Guess what, she used that tool scratched my lip, and it was blooding so badly. It's still blooding and healing after a week. What kind of dentist can not use the tool? I wish i can give this place 0 stars. This is the worst place to ever get a tooth extraction procedure done. My husband had to go get his tooth pulled and they did stitches afterwards. Something was clearly done wrong because after the next 7-8 hours he was dripping blood from the extraction area like crazy to the point that i had to take him into ER. I had an appointment scheduled for April 3, 2026 that was scheduled a month in advance. The front desk lady was nice up until she was talking about a client who gets seen at this same facility which I thought was unprofessional. I got a bunch of x rays done which took the longest being that I was a new patient which was understandable. What I didn't appreciate was that I was told they can only clean half of my teeth and the other half of my cleaning would have to be scheduled for another day.
