The worst experience I've had with medical billing, ever. They sent me a bill a full 1 year after my service, and none of it went through insurance. They charge $630 for a home sleep study. Insurance (Anthem Blue Cross) refused to pay any portion because they deemed it not medically necessary. I went through California's Independent Medical Review Process, and they reversed Anthem's decision, and required them to pay the bill.
