I had sleep studies at the old Stanford Sleep clinic in 2007 (near Stanford campus) and here at Bay Sleep. The facilities at Bay were much nicer than the Stanford clinic. Differences were quality of the room (was it NOT just a lab with a bed ie: Stanford) and were the clinicians professional (or just grad students like Stanford). I had 4 sleep studies done and the ones I had at Bay were much more comfortable and yielded better results than the ones at Stanford.
