The staff that picks up the phones are extremely rude and they don’t give messages to the doctors!!
During this virus, my elderly dog began to exit this life. The staff was so nice and understanding and allowed me to grieve my animal with the respect she deserved. I did not get everyone's name but Cindy is an Angel. Everyone was great. I knew my baby departed this life in compassionate loving hands. I used another Vet before this and they were cold... My friend suggested I come here... I will never use another Vet for my pets again. Terry's Mom and Family. 😢❤️ Beautiful card and keepsake also.
