The biggest problem was not getting car done in a timely manner. 14.1 hour job turned into an 80 hour job they wanted to extend 3 more days! Unacceptable!!
I can't say enough about Bay Service & Collision Center. I've only been there three times, but they are excellent, fair pricing, extremely thorough, and customer friendly. Update: my car broke down again 3/28/26, and this was my 3rd visit to Bay Auto. (Revised above). I am so blessed to have found them. They fixed my problem accurately and quickly, making a BAD situation feel good. If your car needs to be repaired, I highly recommend Bay Auto.
Took more time today because a service tech was out. Ken was very considerate & apologized for the long wait.
