Felt like a small family-owned shop. Receptionist was friendly. Got to meet Jeter the black lab. Service needed for smog was very quick and the price was affordable, $58. Was there less than 30 minutes. Definitely would recommend this shop just make sure you have an appointment.

I am biased because this is my current employer. I can say this without fail, Dan is hands down the best boss I have ever worked for. His knowledge is top rated. My goal is to retire from here when I reach 70.
Came in with a drivable leak problem in the afternoon. Quick check to see if my car is safe to drive then given appointment for 8am next day even though Bay Automotive was busy. Next day got phone estimate within 2 hours of bringing it in. Work completed well done by end of the day. Total charge came in below the estimate. They did some complimentary adjustment such as on side mirrors. Also advised on two safety related repairs and DID NOT make any attempt to sell those or more services.
