I was referred to Bay Scenery by a neighbor who worked with them for their pool remodeling as we were thinking of building a new pool for a while. I have been wanting to do a new ADU build for my backyard for a while so that the older parents would have a place to stay in a few years. Have been going around and talking to a few architects and initial fees were in tens of thousands of dollars which seemed excessive considering that the entire ADU cost to build would be not more than $350K which was my budget. Been waiting to get some indoor and outdoor work done for our house. Problem has been that most contractors are just that, contractors so I would have to go find a designers and architect to do the plans first and also since this was both indoor and outdoor it would be more than likely two contractors, one for inside the house and one for landscape construction that I was not looking forward to have to deal with.
