We lived here for a year now and it was been a terrible experience. Our options were limited given our needs and I wish more than anything we had more time to research more ideal places. The reviews are not wrong – save yourself a headache. Some of the challenges we had were off leash dogs on property, people not picking up their dogs feces, trash everywhere, rats, spiders and spider webs everywhere, rodent droppings, broken washing machines, and (horrifically) poorly maintained units which has resulted in us dealing with a ... read more
Spiders, snails, slugs, black mold, orange mold, dog feces everywhere, inattentive management, excessive water/sewer/gas charges. The laundry room is a joke with at least 1, usually 2, washing machines broken at a time. The roof has a leak massively contributing to the mold on the 3rd and 4th floors. The floor to ceiling single pane windows are super problematic -- they produce enormous condensation which contributes to the mold issue. We have lived here about a month now and it's a great property. It's quiet which we love! The insides of the apartments are a bit dated but if they update them -- expect the rent to increase as well! We've had some difficulty with some of our appliances and they are in the process of replacing them both (one has already been done). Thus, management is responsive when one reaches out but they do not reside on property.
