I took my car to Bay Ridge Mazda for an emergency repair. Carmine went above and beyond to help me out last minute. Not only did he take our vehicle after hours but he was able to help diagnose the problem the very next morning. He provided a thorough written evaluation and walked me through exactly the root cause of my brake issues. He is not only helpful but a consummate professional. I will be returning the Bay Ridge mazda not only for repairs, but to likely upgrade or purchase a new vehicle!
Worst dealership and service department in New York City. They had my car for 8 months, charged me $13,000, and still failed to fix the original issue. In fact, they returned my vehicle with even more problems than it had when I brought it in. The dealership scratched the inside of my windshield, added dents to the exterior near my door, and misdiagnosed my vehicle. Zack Carter was very easy to work with. He was knowledgeable and helpful.
We took my husband car for service, staff was polite and gave us the option to service what we wanted and they weren’t pushing with anything.
