My vehicle has been there since August 3 2026 and it is now October 2 and I still haven't gotten it back. In addition no one calls to update or to reassure me. I've been using Volkswagen service since I bought my flagship Volkswagen brand new in 2009. Up until August 3 2026 I would have rated there service 5 stars. The Service Center is the most dishonest I've ever encountered. My dashboard lit up, sos light on, warning sign on and several errors listed. After a week of lies and doing absolutely no work on my car, I requested it be returned so I can take it elsewhere. The amount of " we have no updates" I received was ridiculous. Meanwhile I had to let them know, they had no updates because they hadn't opened my car. They seemed to have forgotten the apps on our phones alert us.
