I love Honda but the customer service it was terrible the manager not so friendly to the customer very rude unprofessional and blaming customers for everything before listening it’s so sad for bay ridge Honda 👎

Ordered some parts online for pickup at Bay Ridge Honda parts. Order went through but no indication if parts are in stock so I called in. Was told they don’t know if the order is in the system. The person that handles online orders doesn’t come until 10am and she is on vacation for 2 weeks so good luck. So I email online parts to cancel.
