Unfortunately, my experience here was disappointing. The Sales Persons were not very helpful, and I didn’t feel valued as a customer. Whether someone is buying or selling a Honda, every customer should be treated with respect and attention. I would recommend going somewhere that truly values its customers.
Last year I came here and told Jeff about what kind of car I want and he wrote down attributes of my desired car. I was a bit surprised that I hadn't been forgotten! Was there Wednesday night (November 12) to buy a mint green HRV. We were served by an older and extremely rude Bulgarian not-so-gentleman. After the test drive we made an offer to negotiate the price (because we really liked the car and fully intended to buy it), but upon hearing the offer he said if he’d known we were going to make this offer he wouldn’t have let us test drive the car.
