Today I had MRIs done. From the minute I entered facilty pleasant and accommodating reception area. Sign in desk area very friendly. Very clean facility especially the automatic featuers in the bathtroom. Did not wait for very long. The 2 techs that assisted me very pleasant, gentle, made me at ease and aware of every step involved. I left there feeling well taken of
Dr Johanne jasmin is an excellent medical provider that I received care from . She doesn’t just provide care she educates you on how to get better in the long run . Many doctors don’t care about your health just a 123 visit and provides you with medicine if needed . I feel the up most respect from her I’m happy to have someone like her as a provider . Front desk people of the first floor are amazing especially the guy at the entrance of the building
The guy who works at the front desk is a rather sneaky character. I had an emergency MRI appointment scheduled for 8 p.m. At about lunchtime on the day of the appointment they start to call my phone like crazy (three missed calls). I did not pick up. Then at about 4.20 p.m. they called again and I picked up. The girl on the other end of the line told me she was calling to confirm my appointment. I confirmed.
