Buyer beware. Bought a car on 12/25 there. They had to jump start the car for us to look at it. We asked them to change the battery. They said it wasn't necessary. Two days after we bought the car the battery was dead again and we needed to replace it. Called to tell them what happened and was told by our salesman he would talk to the service department. First and last time going to this business. The absolute worst customer service ever. I took my car there on 8/3/19 at 7:45am. They only schedule one service person on that day (very smart). I told them I will wait for the car thinking they could diagnose and fix the car in a timely manner since I was there so early. I ended up leaving Bay ridge Chevrolet minutes to 5pm.
