We learned a few hard lessons after our boiler stopped working on the coldest Sunday of the year: 1) Don't use a business that is not recommended to you by someone you trust and always read reviews first. 2) Ask for a copy of the plumbing license and check on whether it's legitimate 3) Always pay by check even if they say paying in cash will save you money, and 4) Do not under any circumstances use this "plumber".
They charged double what the repair should have cost and cracked my boiler while trying to fix it.
I reached out to have my boiler and heater serviced. The lead plumber returned my call within an hour and scheduled work for the following day. The appointment ended up being a bit later in the day than originally scheduled but the work was completed quickly. Dennis was very responsive and let me know he was running late.
Never saw a plumber They were 2 hrs late from scheduled time I had to call and ask were they where. They said sorry it will be another hour or so... I guess they don’t need the business
