I came here for a back MRI, and found them to be very professional. In terms of accessibility, they took me on relatively short notice (within a week) to book an appointment for a separate MRI, whereas another not-to-be-named medical group would not offer an appointment nor waitlist for over 3 months. So, for professionalism and convenience, I rate them highly.
Went yesterday for a brain pituitary mri. Front desk person and the person doing my procedure were both helpful friendly and professional. The mri technician made me feel comfortable and listened to my concerns and she insured that I had no panic or anxiety. Much appreciation to her.
Great experience, staff was friendly and efficient.
Getting bills for services I've not received over a year later. The best part? They don't even have my account information nor do they know what they're billing me for, but I'm in their system!
