I came into their office to obtain a copy of my receipt from my mammo that was done a couple months before. The young, curly, red-headed, long haired receptionist was one of the rudest I have ever had the disadvantage of encountering. She told me there wasn't a receipt for me, then when I further explained to her what I needed the form to have on it - she informed me that this sheet was called a registration form and just kept blabbing about why I was wrong and she couldn't find one. Tried to make an appointment for 3 days..wait on hold times 30 minutes..left a voicemail never received a callback called again 2 days later..another 30 minute hold. Was told it was a busy office..staff in training...i am very disappointed. Update..my appmt was much better than my making appmt experience..everyone professional and prompt..all positive...hope they fix the making an appmt issue

Not a fan at all. The tech was kind but the radiologist was demeaning and downright rude...saying she wont help me with my breast pain because I refused another mammogram
