Do NOT rent from this company. The communication is horrible and they do not take care of their tenants. I rented a property for 3 yrs through them and had 3 property managers. Issues that I brought up to my previous managers were not addressed then when I moved out I was charged with those same issues. Never rent with this management. They will get all your credit's and security deposit once you move out. They will find a way to make you pay and over charge you with unreasonable charges. I never had any issue with the house i rented but they find a way to charge you. I rented a house with them with old furniture's and old things in the house and never been clean. Was a tenant for 3 years at a property. The first two years was under Professional Property Management and I had absolutely no issues. I was well taken care of. The last year, the property I rented fell under Bay Property Management (BPM). I had a few minor issues at the residence that were handled without issue and was appreciative. I have been with Bay Management for almost 4 years now, I had other property management but Joseph Moya takes the cake,anytime I have an issue or a problem he gets it solved right away with no problem, they need more like him,he is the real deal🥰

There are absolutely no words to express the most disrespectful experience our family had with Bay Management. My family and I recently experienced a tragedy with my adult son. He was in an accident about three years ago that left him physically disabled with a traumatic brain injury. My husband, mother and I had to join together, sell our homes and readjust to accommodate him. I hired Bay Property Management Group to make my life easier, including collecting rent. Now, six months later, my tenant vacated the property owing me almost 10 thousand dollars. Bay made no credible attempt to get the client to pay. This company has driven me to taking money out of my retirement account to pay my mortgage on the property vacated by the tenant. They are hopeless. All I get is bills for "repairs" and NO RENT.

Please do not use this company they will take your money they are non responsive even the CEO and upper managers of this company will not return calls or emails. I utilized BMG of Laurel md and it has been the most terrible experience ever. please do your research look up other reviews dont drink the kool aid they will Rob you
