I had some repairs that needed to get done in my apartment and from day one Pink was on top of it. They have one of the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Everyone has been very friendly and always will to help with the best attitude. No matter the time or day they helped me along the process. Definitely recommend

Bay Management Group was easily the worst property management experience I’ve had. Their vendors submitted fraudulent and inflated invoices totaling thousands of dollars for work that was either never completed or misrepresented — and each time, I was the one who had to identify and report it because BMG had no idea what was actually happening at my property. BMG later confirmed portions of the work had not been completed. They also withhold owner payments as long as possible while continuing to use that money for business ... read more
Gloria has been our property manager for the past two years and she's been fantastic to work with. She's incredibly responsive, communicates clearly, and handles any issues that come up quickly and professionally. As renters, it makes a huge difference to have someone you can actually count on.
