Bay Property has managed my properties for a few years now. I live out of the country so its important that I have a good working relationship with the manager. The time differences can be very challenging but Gloria has done an excellent job of keeping me informed, up to date and has always responded promptly regardless of the time. She's definitely gone above the call and I'm very appreciative of her efforts. She has done a great job!
Hi, Gloria Tarsia-Kaloz has been my representative for the past 3-4 years. She helped navigate a rough period with BMG when I was considering finding a new property management group. BMG had replaced a decent manager with someone who was not cut out for the job. The tenants & I did not feel like their concerns were being treated seriously. Our process with Bay Property Management was very smooth, Ms. Norma our leasing agent was excellent, She was very helpful and understanding throughout the entire process. There was never a moment where I did not understand what was happening because she made everything so easy. And Ms. Paola have also been great with everything that needed to be done, responding to my emails and making sure that everything that need attention have been addressed . So far so good
