Bay PM is a very professional management company. From day one during the setup and onboarding process Wynn Geiss was very helpful in answering all my questions, even on weekends. The onboarding process was very smooth. Upon being onboarded, the Property Manager, Pink Melendez, was assigned. Thus far she has been tremendous with communications and very responsive. Overall, Bay Management Property Group has been great. Communication, responsiveness, and the day-to-day management experience have all been very solid. My only feedback is around the leasing experience, which could be improved. That part of the process wasn’t as smooth as expected. That said, everything else has been excellent, and I’ve had a positive experience overall.
I had some repairs that needed to get done in my apartment and from day one Pink was on top of it. They have one of the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Everyone has been very friendly and always will to help with the best attitude. No matter the time or day they helped me along the process. Definitely recommend
Gloria has been our property manager for the past two years and she's been fantastic to work with. She's incredibly responsive, communicates clearly, and handles any issues that come up quickly and professionally. As renters, it makes a huge difference to have someone you can actually count on. Highly recommend!
