I have been working with Bay Property Management Group as a landlord for over 4 years. I like their seamless property portal where you can manage everything from your customer account. In the beginning of my tenure with them there was a high turnover of "Resident Managers" or "Property Client Managers", but lately I can rely on the hardwork and dedication of my longer lasting Resident Manager - Jericho. He is very professional, attentive and very responsive to my requests. I give him 5 stars.

I have use Bay Management Group to manage my property for approximately 7 years. During that time, I've been assigned several Property Managers and Alejandra Sartie has been by far the best - she is knowledgeable, professional, considerate and quite responsive, she returns calls within 24 hours. I've only been here 3 months so far but it's going great. Alex is a wonderful Property Manager and she's always prompt when needed to address issues within my unit. She's very humble and courteous. But overall, I'm peaceful here and that's above satisfactory for me. I wanted to add that I give Alex a 5 star rating because of her wonderful job as a Property Manager and is great at communicating with you on a professional level. She does her best to respond for any questions, concerns, issues within a timely manner.
