I've only been here 3 months so far but it's going great. Alex is a wonderful Property Manager and she's always prompt when needed to address issues within my unit. She's very humble and courteous. But overall, I'm peaceful here and that's above satisfactory for me. I wanted to add that I give Alex a 5 star rating because of her wonderful job as a Property Manager and is great at communicating with you on a professional level. She does her best to respond for any questions, concerns, issues within a timely manner.

I had a great experience during my showing with Sheku. He was very helpful and patient, especially when I was having difficulty understanding how to access the unit. He took the time to clearly explain the instructions and worked with me throughout the entire tour to make sure I was comfortable and able to view everything properly. I truly appreciate his professionalism and support. I have submitted my disability application for the unit and am hopeful to move forward. Alejandra at Bay Management has always been very responsive, professional and work hard to keep me informed about what's going on with my property. She has been quick to resolve maintenance issues, and have made sure that the grounds are beautifully maintained. We feel confident that we will always be treated fairly and respectfully by BMG and would highly recommend them to anyone with rental needs!!

Bay Management Group is extremely professional. My leasing agent, Carla P., was prompt, attentive, and highly responsive throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all of my questions were fully answered. I signed my lease with complete understanding and confidence. Overall, an outstanding experience — I give BGM an A+.

One of the best Property Managers/Management Team had the pleasure of working with in a very long time. Excellent response time on all issues, great communication, always available, answered all my concerns and willing to work with and around my demanding work schedule.
