Nothing but good experiences with BMG. Very good communication compared to other property management companies I've dealt with in the past. Maintenance issues are dealt with quickly, follow ups are prompt. Had some hard times recently and BMG has been very understanding and worked with me while I overcame my financial issues. Couldn't have a better PM, Wendy Ricardez, thank you for putting up with me, you've been awesome!

I was renting my house for the first time and did not have much experience or knowledge. I had Bay Property Management group manage my property for the past year and I could not have been more satisfied. My property manager, Gie Angeles, was fantastic. He would promptly answer my calls and questions. Whenever there were any repairs or maintenance issue, He would resolve them quickly and would always make sure to keep me in the loop. Being a first time property investment owner, I wasn’t sure what to expect or if I was making the right choice, however, I came across Bay property management and they made me feel comfortable with my decision and made the process easy. They were fast to fine reliable and responsible tenants. We are coming up close to a year working with Gie Angeles, and it’s been a smooth ride, he is always willing to help. BMG overall is a great company. My husband and I have had our fair share of poor management companies and we were nervous about BMG but Wendy Ricardez goes above and beyond to uphold this company. She’s super responsive & works tirelessly to get the job done whenever we need things handled. There are some things I wish were different in our unit specifically, but those are things that BMG can’t control. Grateful that Wendy has helped us have such a positive experience thus far!
