We were assigned a new property manager (Abner) few months ago and we have been happy and satisfied with our experience so far. He responds to our emails promptly. When we place a maintenance request on the portal, he acts fast to contact the owner and vendor then he keeps following up with us until it gets completed. I hope Bay management group keeps him as our property manager and doesn’t change him.
