I've only been here 3 months so far but it's going great. Alex is a wonderful Property Manager and she's always prompt when needed to address issues within my unit. She's very humble and courteous. But overall, I'm peaceful here and that's above satisfactory for me. I wanted to add that I give Alex a 5 star rating because of her wonderful job as a Property Manager and is great at communicating with you on a professional level. She does her best to respond for any questions, concerns, issues within a timely manner.

I have been working with Bay Property Management Group as a landlord for over 4 years. I like their seamless property portal where you can manage everything from your customer account. In the beginning of my tenure with them there was a high turnover of "Resident Managers" or "Property Client Managers", but lately I can rely on the hardwork and dedication of my longer lasting Resident Manager - Jericho. He is very professional, attentive and very responsive to my requests. I give him 5 stars.

This is a review for the maintenance tech, Brian, only. I’m so glad we had Brian as our maintenance tech as he was very knowledgeable, courteous, kind and efficient. Brian was able to fix everything I had concerns with and even cleaned up afterwards! Wish I had a before photo of one of my door jams (the door frame was split & the latch was hanging on by a thread) that he fixed but it’s a stark contrast from the before. I am very appreciative of Brian and his hard work, thank you!

Bay Management Group is extremely professional. My leasing agent, Carla P., was prompt, attentive, and highly responsive throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all of my questions were fully answered. I signed my lease with complete understanding and confidence. Overall, an outstanding experience — I give BGM an A+.
