Nothing but good experiences with BMG. Very good communication compared to other property management companies I've dealt with in the past. Maintenance issues are dealt with quickly, follow ups are prompt. Had some hard times recently and BMG has been very understanding and worked with me while I overcame my financial issues. Couldn't have a better PM, Wendy Ricardez, thank you for putting up with me, you've been awesome!

I was renting my house for the first time and did not have much experience or knowledge. I had Bay Property Management group manage my property for the past year and I could not have been more satisfied. My property manager, Gie Angeles, was fantastic. He would promptly answer my calls and questions. Whenever there were any repairs or maintenance issue, He would resolve them quickly and would always make sure to keep me in the loop. Being a first time property investment owner, I wasn’t sure what to expect or if I was making the right choice, however, I came across Bay property management and they made me feel comfortable with my decision and made the process easy. They were fast to fine reliable and responsible tenants. We are coming up close to a year working with Gie Angeles, and it’s been a smooth ride, he is always willing to help. Happy with this place’s service. Been with them a few years. My current property manager Gie Angeles has been much more responsive than ones I’ve had in the past and shows concern about my expenses when things need repair. He’s been appreciated. I do wish they offered more information for what to expect when things change (like when someone moves out). Bay Property Management Group is such a great PM company! By far the most clear communication company I have experienced. Our property manager Louigie Angeles will respond on a Sunday out of business hours even for a non emergency. So far 14 months in and couldn’t be happier with the house and the services BMG provide! Recommend leasing from them if it’s an option for you!
