We were assigned a new property manager (Abner) few months ago and we have been happy and satisfied with our experience so far. He responds to our emails promptly. When we place a maintenance request on the portal, he acts fast to contact the owner and vendor then he keeps following up with us until it gets completed. I hope Bay management group keeps him as our property manager and doesn’t change him.

Curtis has been to my place three to fix a couple of things. He’s always informed me when he will be arriving which is great since I work from home. He’s always pleasant, courteous and tells me about the repairs he’s about to make or made. His most recent trip at my place he wasn’t able to find the correct parts but he made sure he exhausted every option to find a solution. Clearly going above and beyond. I look forward to working with again and would highly recommend him to anyone.
