Our experience renting with Bay Property Management Group has been great and very hassle-free. A huge thank you to Cielo, who has been exceptional to work with. She is always professional and incredibly responsive. I especially appreciate that she still makes herself available to help us with any questions, even though she isn't our primary contact anymore. Recently, she stepped in to help bridge a communication gap and provided much-needed clarity. She truly goes the extra mile!

We use Bay Property Management Group Leesburg to manage a property we own in the McLean area. We have used them for a number of years and remain extremely satisfied. Our personal property Manager initials NR makes sure we are always aware of changes and anticipate maintenance and other concerns in real time. Our property is in good hands under his careful monitoring and makes owning investment property super easy. We highly recommend NR and the entire Bay Property team.

BPMG property manager Gloria Tarsia-Kaloz is outstanding to work with. She has been managing my properties for a good while now and she is always on top of all issues and does not overlook any of the finer details. She is always available when I contact her and consistently has a patient, positive and can-do attitude. She follows up in a timely manner and is very proactive toward potential problems/issues and usually prevents them before they even occur. She is truly a pleasure to work with - I wouldn’t want anyone else ... read more
