I’m glad I have Cielo as my point of contact for anything needed. It’s employees like her that truly make a difference!

I write this management review to say the tenants are content with getting information on the stay in the apartment. Also, I being informed of the upkeep of the apartment.
They're fine as a management group. As a tenant I definitely appreciated their online platform where I can easily pay rent or put in service requests. However, our one and only repair request was an overall bad experience taking 2 weeks for them just schedule then we were expected to pay the contractor upfront after they gave them the wrong number to collect payment from the landlord. I hope that was a one off.
Bay Property Management Group has been by far the best management company I have interacted with as a tenant. From quick and responsive communication during the leasing process, timely resolution of any maintenance requests, and an easy lease renewal process, I’ve been very happy with my experience. The tenant portal is also easy to use for paying rent, managing maintenance requests, and reviewing documents. Highly recommend renting through them!
