Bay property manager Nieves Ramos is outstanding. She is very professional and excellent communicator. Nieves responds to tenant enquiries in a timely manner. She updates us on the issues, gathers quote from various vendors for repairs/maintenance. She checks in frequently; we do not have to ask for updates. She gives good suggestions to complete the repairs. We are happy to have Nives as our property manager. We recommend her for her quality service.

Pink Melendez has been excellent to work with over the past few months managing my property. She is responsive, professional, and very organized, and she consistently keeps me informed about maintenance items, tenant matters, and any updates related to the property.
