Brian was fantastic. We had mice getting in and with a newborn and toddler at home, we were pretty stressed about it. He did a thorough job of blocking them off, and actually took the time to walk us through what he was doing and why. He didn't rush, answered all our questions, and left us feeling genuinely at ease. Not just like the job was done and he was out the door. That kind of care goes a long way when you've got little kids at home. Highly recommend. Ask for Brian!

I’ve dealt with Bay Management Group for several years, and one challenge has been the amount of turnover in property managers assigned to my address—I’ve had about 4 different managers over the past 4 years.
