The previous owner of our building went bankrupt. Bay Management swooped in to save the day. From day 1, it has been a pleasure to work with them. Our building manager Davona is wonderful. All outstanding maintenance issues were handled as quickly as possible which was no easy task considering they were left with no maintenance records/requests or keys to any of the apartments. I could not be more pleased!

Started out with a lease for a home. Everything was going great. Andrew was fairly responsive. Paid my deposit and first month rent well in advance of due date. All utilities set and ready to move in. 4 days before the commencement of the signed lease they call me to tell me i have to pick another house as the landlord has decided to not proceed with renting the house at all. I only have great things to say about Bay Property Management. They are always responsive, cooperative and timely. They solve issues quick and communicate every step of the way. Kelly Stinson is our property manager, and she has been awesome to work with. I renewed my lease for another year, just because of how well the property I am in is managed. Thank you!

I just recently moved here. Managers are very caring and supportive. Maintenance will be right on point, they come within in a day or asap if emergencies and they too are respectful and courteous. I’m glad I made the choice to move here and will refer anyone whom is looking to move. Ty Bay Property

Ron Ronquillo has been an amazing property manager as well as Bay Property management. He is very responsive, extremely professional and an overall good person. I would gladly say he is the best property manager I have ever had. I am extremely happy with how he and Bay Property Management have handled all my properties.
