Started out with a lease for a home. Everything was going great. Andrew was fairly responsive. Paid my deposit and first month rent well in advance of due date. All utilities set and ready to move in. 4 days before the commencement of the signed lease they call me to tell me i have to pick another house as the landlord has decided to not proceed with renting the house at all. I just recently moved here. Managers are very caring and supportive. Maintenance will be right on point, they come within in a day or asap if emergencies and they too are respectful and courteous. I’m glad I made the choice to move here and will refer anyone whom is looking to move. Ty Bay Property
