The previous owner of our building went bankrupt. Bay Management swooped in to save the day. From day 1, it has been a pleasure to work with them. Our building manager Davona is wonderful. All outstanding maintenance issues were handled as quickly as possible which was no easy task considering they were left with no maintenance records/requests or keys to any of the apartments. I could not be more pleased!
