We've been working with Bay Management since 2014, and it has always been a positive experience. The team and mangers are great to work with. Our most recent project was with Leah Choi-she was highly responsive, communicative, and attentive to our needs.

I wanted to express my sincere gratitude to Leah Choi for swiftly finding a tenant for my property in Baltimore, Maryland, and for making the whole process so smooth. Plus, they took care of a few minor ceiling paint repairs, which was a huge help. The photos they took of my house were fantastic, and I’m really looking forward to working with them in the future. Thanks so much for making this so easy!

Leah C has been a great property manager. Communication has been consistent and easy throughout my time as a tenant, and she's been responsive whenever I've needed something. Highly recommend.

I've had a superb experience with BMG and property manager Omar Zetina. The few maintenance requests I've had to make were taken care of promptly and all communications have been quick and clear. I'm very satisfied with BMG and Omar Zetina, who is a responsible and considerate property manager.
