5 star review for Bay Management Group, especially Nina ,who is my property manager! I have been with BMG 4 years.Very professional and same day response to any issue. Again 5 stars for Nina and BMG.

i have used BMG to manage my multiple properties for the last three years because unfortunately managing properties is not my fulltime job and so BMG provides me a tremendous value in being able to not worry about these properties and engaging with tenants and whatever else pops up...the individual propertymanagers have been tremendous (and my current Nina is exceptional)! the entire BMG team goes above and beyond...and defintely worth the cost to have them manage! I can't imagine what i would do without BMG!

I've been a renter at a BPMG property for almost 4 years now and remain with them because of their great service. They are quick to respond to issues and they send out trustworthy individuals/companies to resolve any issues. The Property Manager I work with is Kandice S and she is consistently responsive and communicative. Really trust BPMG overall.

Huge thanks to Daniela! I realized I was being charged for an insurance I didn’t actually need, and she took care of it right away. She was polite, efficient, and made the whole process stress-free. Five stars all the way!

Kandice and the other BMG staff do a good job managing Maintenance issues and communicating with tenants. I've lived in a BMG apartment for close to 4 years and hope to stay here for a while.
