My husband and I have had a great experience with bay management! We’ve rented from a few different management companies and they were okay at best, but bay management has completely outperformed the others, if we have any issues they fix the problems right away, we needed a new washer and dryer and they delivered a new set as quickly as possible. Bay Property Management has managed our property since 2014. They have always responded quickly to us and our tenants.Ian Ramos has been supporting us the majority of the time and he's top notch. Many times Ian provides options if we're looking to resolve any unexpected issues. He also handles annual requirements with the city, communicating ahead any and all due dates, so we're in compliance. No issues and good value for the service level. Recommend.

Eric was easy to work with and handled the leasing process professionally. He communicated clearly, stayed organized, and helped get the property rented without any issues. I appreciated that he kept things straightforward and followed through on what he said he would do. Overall, it was a smooth experience working with him.
