I have had Bay Property Management group as my PM for the past 2 years and it has been great. I have more recently had Nina Castro as my Property Manager and she has been the best. Very responsive on any questions I have even if they are sometimes silly in my head. Very professional and definitely recommend Nina Castro and Bay Property Management Group.

I have had Bay Property Management Group manage my property for the past 6 years. They have provided excellent service to my tenants and to me. Recently, I had heating issues that required coordinating with maintenance 6 times under a span of 4 months. Nina Castro is my property manager and I immediately felt welcomed and supported by her. Sometimes with bigger management companies you can get lost in the shuffle. But not with Bay Property Management Group. You always have someone you’re working close with whether it’s your leasing agent, mine was Abbie Sides who’s super awesome btw or your property manager. I’m so grateful to have such a positive experience with them so far!
