My experience at bay property management has been very good.believe me.I always complain if something not right. Nothing perfect. I have to do my job as well to make my living conditions to meet my expectations. Whenever I call someone Raven always get back to me with messages or email. The experience here is phenomenal. My husband and I have had a great experience with bay management! We’ve rented from a few different management companies and they were okay at best, but bay management has completely outperformed the others, if we have any issues they fix the problems right away, we needed a new washer and dryer and they delivered a new set as quickly as possible. Bay Property Management has managed our property since 2014. They have always responded quickly to us and our tenants.Ian Ramos has been supporting us the majority of the time and he's top notch. Many times Ian provides options if we're looking to resolve any unexpected issues. He also handles annual requirements with the city, communicating ahead any and all due dates, so we're in compliance. No issues and good value for the service level. Recommend.

I have been associated with BMG for over 4 years. During this period, the management group has performed in an outstanding manner. The day-to-day management of the property and the times requiring additional maintenance support were handled quickly and professionally!
