Update - 1/2026. I have ended my property management services with BM after 2 years of inadequate services. This company does not live up to their goals and services they promise you. Unless you have a perfect tenant that pays on time GOOD LUCK having them manage anything with their REMOTE property managers from THE PHILLIPINES. I have inurred thousands of dollars repairing my home due to tenant damges as a result of the property manager NOT reviewing inspection reports.
