Jerico Arellano is my new property manager. He is very knowledgeable and quick in responding. As he took over from the previous manager he quickly set up my insurance account to make sure there is continuation of maintenance services with no interruptions for my tenants. And ensured our tenant is happy for quick maintenance turn around. I love working with Jerico because he is also polite and patient. Thanks

I've had a great experience living here. My resident manager is extremely friendly! Any and every time I’ve had any questions or concerns, they were addressed immediately. My property manager is so helpful and communication is TOP NOTCH! Highly recommend going with BMG! They make renting easy and comfortable!

We had a whole between our bathtub and the floor in our bathroom and put in a maintenance request and Brian came out the very next day. He did a very good job and he seemed very knowledgeable of the issue and how to fix it. He was super pleasant and polite. 10/10 service
