I have been working with Bay property management ( SOLEDAD office) for about 3 yrs now. I am currently the plumber they use on call after hours and on daily calls. I have seen with my own eyes that the employees from the office get really angry tenants because an owner does not approve of a work order or just cant get an approval. I make my own schedule and Bay property has to wait on my schedule and that is difficult for people to understand.
