Per usual everything we've purchased at your market has been tasty and first rate. But per usual, it was your Smoked Whitefish that stole the show! Delicate, moist and mild, with a smoke that lets the flavor of the fish shine thru instead of overpowering it, it's the best of many that we've sampled in nearly 50 years of traveling around the Great Lakes. And put that brine recipe in a safe somewhere!
