This was the worst rental experience our family has ever dealt with. Nobody returns call or messages - ever. At one point, we almost thought that this real estate office was a prank because they wouldn't return calls for paying for the rental unit. We called Jennifer at least three times AND left multiple emails without one single response. We called early in our stay because the electrical outlets did not work in the upstairs bathrooms (the master suite and 2 bedroom suite) Left a VM and an email and no one ever responded. ... read more
