Living the Dream I moved to the Bay Pointe apartments last April from TX. I'm retired and wanted to live where people vacation. Here there's bike trails the boardwalk not to mention all the shopping as we have several malls fairly close. I can bicycle to most of the places I go. I love TX but you can't do this in Dallas. It is what you make it This is a pretty decent apartment complex considering the beach is close enough to walk to. The apartments are great for the dollar but there is always management; you have a new property manager every 2 or 3 months, inspections every 3 or 4 months (No matter how long you have lived there), Maintenance is in and out the door. I currently have a 3 bedroom and pay 609 /month which is really good but once you throw on the inspections and practically feeling as though you are in a jail for a year it is not... read more
