Lights went out in the hallway overnight, called the office to alert them, maintenance fixed the problem almost immediately, I didn't know they were there. Great job guys.
UPDATE: ROACHES FOR 6 MONTHS + OFFICE CHARGED $1200 FOR CARPET REPAIRS ON THE WAY OUT Lowering to 1 star. Do NOT live at Bay Pointe or Pheasant Run. Pretty bad place to live for the price. 1. The office hates you. I submit maybe two or three maintenance requests per year, and every time it's just a hassle to get the maintenance team out.
