The maintenance staff here is THE BEST! I put in my requests on the website and they are on it the same day or the very next day. I want to shout out Matt, he is a hard worker and always fixes everything quickly and gets it right. My air conditioner went out and less than a week later had a brand new air conditioner. The maintenance staff (especially Matt) is one of the best things about living here.
KD Place has been an amazing community to live in since we moved here. It's a beautiful, quiet place that is family friendly. Thank you to the KD Place Manager Celica Gonzalez and her team for always making our stay here the best!
This is the best team you can ever get as far as managing KD place! Celica Gonzalez, Miss Rose, Matt, and Don--- I have met and they are constantly working hard to make sure tenants's concerns are answered and keeping this community a safe place to live!
