Customer Service better then in 2013?
It just doesn't get any better than the baypines VA. It is beautiful spanish buildings. The care is 2nd to none. But you have to be a veteran to get any help. Go join the Us army while you still can.

I live in Sarasota, where I handle my primary care, so heading up to the Bay Pines VA in St. Pete is a bit of a drive. Brought my 78 year old dad to bay pines VA. He has been treated like a rockstar since day one. Everyone we have dealt with from his Audiologist to his social worker have been kind, compassionate and informative. All of the buildings are immaculately cleaned as well. I don't know how anyone could complain. 5 star all the way
