One of the hardest things to find is a good, honest mechanic. It's easier to find a skilled medical practitioner. Keith is a FANTASTIC mechanic who really knows his business, is as honest as they come and is reasonably priced. Whether you have a classic like myself or drive a computer on wheels, Keith can diagnose and repair. Maryann, the shop manager, is so easy to deal with and has a really pleasant way about her. This shop is the best!!

I had an issue with my vehicle the same day I was supposed to drive out of town for my best friend’s wedding. After being told by two other shops that I’d have to wait 24–48 hours just for diagnostics, I called Bay Pines and spoke to their incredible Service Advisor, MaryAnne, who went out of her way to get me in for an emergency appointment that same day. Keith ripped me off $700 for fuel pressure regulator that I didn't even need, said he cleaned this and that and adjusted my distributor cap. It absolutely made no difference. He had my van for a week! My van runs just as bad as before I brought it to them. They then he said I needed a $3600 valve job, but wasn't sure. Total scam, utter rip off and a waste of my time.

Was a great experience overall. Didn’t overcharge me and just did the work asked. Will recommend to friends for sure.
