I was trying to pick up medication and when I called to see when it would be ready I was told he can’t fill the prescription until he spoke to my doctor. I asked why and immediately I was screamed at because it’s a “controlled substance”. He seemed irritated, became very defensive, talking very aggressively towards me and not willing to even explain anything to me from the beginning when I first asked.
