I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Heitzmann regarding an issue I was having. I paid close to $400 for the consultation and X-rays. Dr. Heitzmann found an issue that needed surgery to correct and scheduled the surgery but then later his staff told me that he cancelled it. He never talked with me directly about it and instead had his staff contact me to state he had lost "trust" whatever that meant and that I needed to find someone else to do the surgery. I went to see Dr. Heitzmann & his wonderful crew (Kimberly, Kellie, Allie/Abby & the gang) for a mucocele removal and they made an unfortunately necessary procedure tolerable with their witty banter & calm professionalism. 100% recommended for your oral surgery needs!!!
Need a molar extracted there’s a crash Dr. Heitzmann did a painless a job and was very efficient
Dr. Heitzmann is an excellent doctor with a great staff. I get very anxious when having to have work done to my teeth. He explained everything and put me at ease when I had to have a molar extracted. After 7 days and still in a great deal of pain his office worked me in so I could be assured there was no infection. He is friendly and patient and takes the time to answer all questions. He will be my 'go to' anytime I need further procedures.
My husband had 13 teeth removed at one time. The Dr. did an amazing job and there was not much bleeding considering the number of teeth removed. He did have pain for quite a while afterward, but that is to be expected with so many teeth removed. This doctor is incredibly skillful and explains what he will be doing very well. I would recommend him to anyone needing oral surgery.
Rating is for the billing staff. The dental care was top notch...however, their billing dept needs to get a grip on their “estimates”. I was told to pay $158. for my daughter to get her tooth extracted, this is after insurance coverage. Now I have to pay additional $68 because they estimated too low. We have United Concordia through the military so certainly my daughter was not the first UC patient to come in there for an extraction so they should have known what the insurance would have paid.
No one likes dental work but Dr. Heitzmann and his awesome team have been there for me every step of the way. Such an awesome staff thank you so much!
I was so nervous about getting my wisdom teeth extracted, due in most part by a trapped nerve, but Dr. Heitzmann made me feel right at home. He made sure that I knew exactly what was going on and was honest about his concerns. Recovery has been short and I would recommend him for everything!
