This is my favorite auto service center in Norfolk, ET is wonderful and every time my car is serviced here they are honest, timely, and friendly.
Took my vehicle in for a state inspection and had an awesome experience! It's worth taking your car there just to meet ET! ET, you're a good man...keep on keeping on!
ET and Amber were great. They were able to set up an appointment for me in two days. The appointment system sends reminders via text and email. Both Amber and ET physically showed me how my car was failing inspection, from the turn signals to the tires, which helped me understand why they needed to be fixed. They have a sitting area with water and coffee available while you wait. Make sure to come in and see them for all your car needs. Putting my car in their hands was the best decision I’ve made.
Had an appointment for state inspection for my 2011 Honda CRV.The service manager E.T. ,called me out of the cozy waiting room & directed me to some issues with my CRV ;the rear shocks were “shot”/damaged along with a nail in my right rear tire(a dang squirrel must’ve done that hahaha!) I wasn’t thrilled to spend the money for the repairs ,but I need my vehicle & in addition the mechanic found the damaged rear shocks to be very hazardous for me & my CRV .The nail in the tire didn’t go all the way through ,so that was a relie... read more
