Maintenance showed up unannounced after I requested to receive a time frame so I could be available. They patched the wall where the towel holder came out said they’d come back to paint the next day and never showed up.
This has not been addressed at all and it’s been weeks since I submitted a maintenance request. My shower handle in my master bath is also still stripped.
