We visit our grandkids who have lived in Bay Oaks since 2021. They love their apartment and haven't had any problems regarding management or maintenance. When they had an air conditioning problem this summer the maintenance man came the same day and evaluated it. Ordered the part and it was fixed the next day! Yes, management is out of state but we have never had a problem reaching her. You leave a message or text and she gets right back with you. Great place to live.
Bay oaks is well maintained and very reasonably priced for the area. Beautiful safe neighborhood and quick to respond maintenance!

The company that did the sheet rock work for my ceiling in my kitchen did a horrible job cleaning up. They didn't put a drop cloth down and did not cover anything up in my kitchen. I now have sheet rock dust in and on my cabinets, countertop, and appliances big & small. There is a remanence of plaster on the edge of my countertop and footprints going out my front door. ***Below email sent, since no one is in the office and NEVER return phone calls.*** Good day, I am reaching out regarding an ongoing issue with the new tenant who resides in unit G***. This tenant smokes inside their unit. It’s happening so often that the smell is filtering into my space - unit G***.
