I have lived here for 15 years. The last few years have been exceptional. Every request I've asked for has been taken care of in a timely fashion. All of my appliances have been replaced with new ones and the pool has been very clean at all times.
Maintenance showed up unannounced after I requested to receive a time frame so I could be available. They patched the wall where the towel holder came out said they’d come back to paint the next day and never showed up.
This has not been addressed at all and it’s been weeks since I submitted a maintenance request. My shower handle in my master bath is also still stripped.
