Do not repeat do not live here!! Im nearing the end of my lease and during my stay here we moved into cockroachs and no working air unit roaches were not resolved for months and no air for over a year! This place is riddled with mold and when asked to do literally anything about it the most they will do is have people spray paint it? Who does that. Its like living in an ongoing health hazardous construction site.

We visit our grandkids who have lived in Bay Oaks since 2021. They love their apartment and haven't had any problems regarding management or maintenance. When they had an air conditioning problem this summer the maintenance man came the same day and evaluated it. Ordered the part and it was fixed the next day! Yes, management is out of state but we have never had a problem reaching her. You leave a message or text and she gets right back with you. Great place to live.
Bay oaks is well maintained and very reasonably priced for the area. Beautiful safe neighborhood and quick to respond maintenance!
