I thoroughly enjoy coming to this salon as the owner and staff are very professional and personable. They get to know their clients and frequently remember what the client likes and wants. They offer refreshments during the service. I highly recommend this salon if you desire excellent care and great customer service.
Kathy the owner is completely in the business of customer service and making her clients feel special. Today I received a pedicure that was so perfect and beautiful. And just a regular manicure. I love Bay Nails!
