My husband and I had an appointment with the service department at Bay Motors for 9:00 a.m. on Wed., August. 27. On Mon., August 25, I called Bay Motors to confirm the appointment and was told by a short-tempered woman that our appointment was confirmed for Wed., 8/27 at 10:00 a.m. My husband and I arrived there this morning and were told we have no appointment.
