This place has maimed both of my grandmother's, leading to their health decline and eventual deaths. They also mistakenly diagnosed me with appendicitis, took my appendix and then proceeded to tell me I had hepatitis c (I dont and never tested positive for it) while in the recovery room. They call this place "bay dead for a reason

Possible heart attack emergency and quickly called 911 and ambulance rushed to the hospital. You get pushed into a room by yourself and after 2.5 hours a doctor finally comes in. Sitting in a room with major chest pain and NOTHING for HOURS. Feeling tired and out of energy so a scribe turned the light off. Good luck here!! Bay DEAD

I wouldn't even rate that place 1.3. It sucks just like everyone else. went in there with bad arm pain never even seen a dr. Gave me pill they said muscle relaxer (if that is what it was) saying I could drive on it. And sent me home

Hospital is dirty, blood on the floor, had to clean the room myself. I can now see why this hospital got 1 stars. Most disgusting and dirty hospital ive been to.

I have to say, I think this emergency room services could use some better management of personal , It appears to me that it is run very chaotic. I know most places are under staffed, however. Waiting several hours just to get results of lab work seems a bit strange. Would not recommend coming here unless you absolutely had to. MidMichigan has way better control.
