We are close to the ski resorts, marinas and the village.The resort offers upscale accommodations with lake views from the recreation area and some of the units. We visit Big Bear on pretty much a monthly basis. I have gotten to know the staff and Ulysis is pretty much why we keep coming back! My husband is very tall so we need a King size bed and they have one cabin that has one. We have now been coming up there for about 6 years and receive the very best customer service from Ulysis. He remembers me each time we come and is so helpful and friendly. I keep coming back because he makes it so easy for me! He is a credit to the company!
