Went in to have my snows put on. They put my snow tire on knowing their was a leak, as they said it was flat when it came out of storage. Tire now flat an hour or so after leaving the dealership.
I visited Bay Mazda last Saturday during their Christmas event, and I was genuinely impressed by how much effort the dealership puts into giving back to the community. They had an amazing Christmas party — Santa was there, the kids took pictures and got wonderful gifts. There was food, face painting, a balloon artist, and even a live BBQ! My wife and I bought a CX9 not long ago. The whole experience was amazing. The salesman was very informative and never made us feel pressured to buy. At the time our credit was not perfect but the sales team was able to find us a car loaner with great interest rate. The car has never had any mechanical issues. You cannot find a more honest, caring or fair car dealership than Bay Mazda. The staff have a level of integrity and care for their customers that far surpasses the norm. Jim Mcpeake, the general manager, consistently goes out of his way to ensure no customer is unsatisfied. The sales team tried taking advantage of me on several accounts. I took their offer to Kingston Mazda and was blown away at the thousands of dollars they were trying to rip me off. Namely my trade-in, for which they offered me $3800, but was quoted $7000-8900 at other dealerships. Shame on you!
