Service and people are great
Bay Mazda is absolutely fantastic. Their Sales People and Customer Service folk are wonderful and Rebekka and Mike in the Service Department are incredible. The day I walked onto their parking lot, I had no intention of purchasing a car, I just wanted to look at a beautiful car that caught my attention. It's about time I posted a review on my service experiences with Bay Mazda! I've been in the area 4 year now, and the Service Team here has been great at keeping my CX-9 in order. Mike and Rebecca are so very supportive, knowledgeable and service-oriented. I can't say I've trusted many previously in my automotive life, but I give full kudos to them! I plan on running this car for a few more years - but for sure my next car will be a Mazda from this dealership.
I traded in my Mazda 3 for a new CX 30 and could not have been happier with the customer service from Alan and the rest of the staff at Bay Mazda. The CX 30 is still an awesome sporty drive with added confidence for winter driving. Thank you!!!!
