They sent the the sexiest repair man they could find with a tool belt. It was a shame he got the job done so fast. My oven is hot again.
Do not use this company. I paid for a diagnostic appointment (they try to persuade you to pay ahead of time). The technician did not arrive in the promised window, and the company eventually stopped responding to calls to me or my boyfriend. After repeated unanswered calls, the technician eventually arrived 45 minutes outside of the promised window, spent 5 minutes on the diagnosis, and left. I am not going to use this company again and would advise others not to do so either
Total Scam. I had a time window today from 8 am to 11 am. This company had me prepay for the diagnostic, and the technician did not even show up AT ALL. Now, the operator isn't even returning my calls after I prepaid for the appointment. Please never use this company - they rip you off.
Very nice service. Very polite. Timely with good advice.
