We had an extremely disappointing experience with Bay Maples and the owner, Alan. They installed a greywater system in our new home, but it has never worked properly. Despite reaching out repeatedly for over six months, they refused to come and inspect or fix the issues. Bay Maples was able to take my modern mantle design and make it a stunning reality. Alan and his crew worked with me in their shop as well as on the job site. They took the time to insure all the details were going to work. My clients are very happy with the results. We went back and had a custom back plate made for a wall mounted wine opener, it's a huge hit at parties. I'll be working with Bay Maple's again, they are a wonderful company.
